4. Define the treatment options to delay progression of kidney disease

5. Discuss the new SLHD CKD Stewardship program – improving early detection and management of CKD admitted patients.

Target audience: GPs. This education is designed for practicing GPs. However, Pharmacists, AHPs and Nurses, whose work aligns with this topic, are warmly invited to register.
