Join us for this combined interactive demonstration on the electronic referrals to the Sydney Local Health District, including the recent expansion of eReferrals to the majority of services to RPA, Concord and Canterbury Hospitals, and also to the SR Specialists &Referrals to medical specialists. The session will include a comprehensive demonstration using Best Practice and Medical Director.

General practices using Best Practice, Medical Director, Genie, Medtech and Zedmed can easily and securely make and submit electronic referrals using Healthlink Smartforms technology directly from their clinical software.

The Sydney Local Health District now has over 100 clinics accepting electronic referrals with more being connected in 2026 across Aged care, Allied health and Community services, including Community Paediatrics.

SR Specialists & Referrals is a proven electronic referral service available for Australian GPs and Specialists who are using Healthlink.

SR Specialists & Referrals integrates the Medical Specialists Directory with GP software, including Best Practice, Genie, Medical Director, MedTech and Zedmed so GPs can search, select and refer electronically directly to specialists in the directory.
