This online session aims to update health professionals on the importance of foot risk screening and management.

Learning objectives:

• Understand how diabetes can affect foot health
• Undertaking diabetes foot risk screening in line with 2020 National Australian Foot Forward Integrated Foot Care Pathways
• Identify and implement Foot Action Plans
• Understand foot care referral pathways for people with foot pathology within the SLHD

Target audience: GPs, PNs and allied health professionals working in private practice

All participants are required to bring a monofilament to the webinar.

This event is run in partnership with the SLHD Integrated Diabetes Foot Care service.
