These workshops will focus on the foundations of change management and building your practice teams.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to work on your business, develop skills to lead change, recognise the importance of understanding your data and reflect on your practice systems to improve workday satisfaction and reduce clinician and team burnout.

Series of three consecutive workshops known as The Change Concept will be presented by Adj Professor Paresh Dawda and Dr Walid Jammal.
