Join us for this online webinar on the LUMOS Project where the May 2021 linkage reports will be discussed.

The objective is to introduce GPs and practice managers to the LUMOS project, which links Ministry of NSW Health datasets to deidentified practice data (both PEN CS and POLAR) to track patient journey through the health system and produce comprehensive reports, including data on hospital and Emergency Department admissions.
