Target Audience: GPs and Practice Managers

Join us for this online webinar on the LUMOS Project.

The objective is to introduce GPs and practice managers to the LUMOS project, which links Ministry of NSW Health datasets to deidentified practice data (both PEN CS and POLAR) to track patient journey through the health system and produce comprehensive reports, including data on hospital and Emergency Department admissions.

Examples of the most recent LUMOS practice reports from October 2020 linkages will be presented and discussed with participants.
