Digital health tools such as My Health Record, secure messaging and telehealth can contribute to safer use of

medicines, better decision support for treating physicians and improved transition of care for residents. This event will

provide an opportunity for RACF staff, medical practitioners, specialists and allied health providers, including both supply pharmacists and accredited pharmacists, to discuss the ways these tools might be leveraged to improve clinical outcomes within the RACF setting.
