The aim of this workshop is to familiarise project participants with the project aims, protocol, systems and responsibilities, as well as educate best practice and foster clinical relationships for better patient outcomes with respect to liver cancer (Hepatocellular carcinoma or HCC).

The event is also an opportunity to ask questions, discuss issues, and take on feedback for future project design. 

Learning outcomes:

• describe the aetiology and incidence of Liver cancer (HCC) and recognise the implications of increase rates over recent years.
• apply principles of HCC prevention and early intervention to actively participate in the Liver Tool Kit project, understanding the protocol and processes involved.
• recognise the outcomes of the project (Liver tool Kit) so far
• remember best practice for patient management of Viral Hepatitis, Fatty Liver & cirrhosis for better patient outcomes with respect to HCC

People wishing to attend who are not part of the project are welcome to attend, however please note, some sections will pertain to the liver Tool Kit project and may not be relevant to your work. 

Please do a separate registration per person to ensure we record all participants and can provide certificates accordingly
