The objective is to introduce GPs and practice managers to the LUMOS project, which links Ministry of NSW Health datasets to deidentified practice data (both PEN CS and POLAR) to track patient journey through the health system and produce comprehensive reports, including data on hospital and Emergency Department admissions. Interpretation of the latest LUMOS reports, including Q&A session for general practices already participating in LUMOS is also part of this webinar.
