Join us for a lunch and learn session that will cover measles epidemiology, who may be under-vaccinated (especially those born 1966–1994), free MMR vaccine access inNSW, travel-related recommendations, and how to navigate immunisation history records. Learning Outcomes:

  1. Describe the current measles epidemiology both locally and globally.
  2. Identify under-vaccinated cohorts, particularly individuals born between 1966 and 1994.
  3. Understand the availability and eligibility of free MMR vaccination funded by NSW Health.
  4. Assess MMR vaccination needs for travelers, including infants aged 6 months and older.
  5. Explain key considerations for administering live vaccines, including timing intervals and contraindications.
  6. Locate immunisation history using available tools and describe appropriate actions when documentation is unavailable.
