This webinar is designed for the whole practice team. Psychosocial safety is not solely a management responsibility, nor is it limited to clinical staff. Every person in your service from the receptionist who first notices a patient's escalating behaviour, to the clinician carrying an unsustainable caseload, to the clinical director setting the tone for how psychosocial safety concerns are raised and received. The whole team has a part to play.

Presented by:

Suzi Petrozzi has 25+ years experience working in various clinical and executive roles spanning clinical psychology patient consultation through to setting organisational psychosocial strategies at NSW Health. Suzi has an easy to understand presentation style providing a birds-eye view of psychosocial frameworks and how they relate to primary care services. She will provide real-world examples and ways of supporting all staff to flourish in their roles within a health care team.
