This CPD session is designed to support GPs in understanding their role within the Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) framework.

This session provides a clear overview of the legal, ethical, communication, and clinical considerations relevant to general practice.

GPs will gain practical guidance on responding when VAD is raised, supporting patients compassionately, and navigating referral pathways and resources, regardless of their level of participation in VAD.
