APNA and Central and Eastern Sydney PHN invite you to attend "Nurse Clinics – mastering the nurse clinic building blocks". This interactive workshop will focus your understanding on the fundamental building blocks needed for establishing a nurse clinic in your primary health care organisation. Bring your knowledge and be prepared to share.

• Increase knowledge, skills and confidence in applying the Nurse Clinic building blocks

Learning objectives:

• Gain an understanding of the eight Nurse Clinic building blocks 
• Understand the importance of the “team” in developing a nurse clinic 
• Identify the key barriers and enablers that impact on setting up a nurse clinic 
• Apply Nurse Clinic building blocks to chronic disease management clinics
