Please join us for a practical lunch and learn session focused on using POLAR’s Puffin tool to support efficient and accurate management of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) program.

This webinar will walk participants through the key functions within Puffin that help practices track GPACI visiting requirements. We will demonstrate how to add patients into the program, review the information available in the Overview section, and apply filters to generate meaningful lists that can be used when visiting RACHs.

This session is designed to give practices clear, step‑by‑step guidance on how to incorporate Puffin into existing workflows and strengthen operational processes around GPACI tracking.
