This session will focus on providing high-quality palliative and end-of-life care for residents in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs).

This session will address the key challenges identified by GPs, including prescribing and medication management, symptommanagement, recognising when a resident is entering the palliative phase, managing after-hours issues, and navigating difficult conversations with residents and families.
