The Data Driven Improvement Workshops has been formulated for CESPHN Practices as an interactive education series to assist participants to improve patient outcomes and practice operations using data as the driver. As a result of the training, attendees will be able to identify, collect and evaluate data to meaningfully drive quality improvement activities in an effort to improve the four components of the Quadruple Aim (patient experience, population health outcomes, cost effectiveness and joy in practice).
These workshops offer a blended learning approach that include six online training modules followed by face to face workshops 1 and 2 to build competency in collecting and using high quality coded data. This will assist practices to identify and track areas for quality improvement across clinical coding, business operations, accreditation, PIP QI & ePIPs and to achieve overall high quality practice performance.
