For over a decade, the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) from St Vincent's Hospital Sydney and UNSW has developed, tested, and disseminated iCBT programs for anxiety and depression, into routine care settings through its digital mental health service, THIS WAY UP. This presentation will explore the advantages of integrating iCBT for Insomnia into routine practice for both consumers and clinicians.
The webinar will offer both clinical insights on the benefit of treating sleep first, and practical guidelines for how internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (iCBT) can be safely and effectively integrated by a range of disciplines in a range of settings for a range of consumers.
