For over a decade, the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) from St Vincent's Hospital Sydney and UNSW has developed, tested, and disseminated iCBT programs for anxiety and depression, into routine care settings through its digital mental health service, THIS WAY UP. This presentation will explore the advantages of integrating iCBT for Insomnia into routine practice for both consumers and clinicians.
