This session will introduce general practitioners to the new Community Paediatrics shared care pathway for children and young people with ADHD in Sydney Local Health District. The session will outline the model’s aims, clinical responsibilities, and the supports available to practices participating in shared ADHD management. The focus will be on improving confidence, building partnerships, and strengthening continuity of care across specialist and primary care settings.
