For over a decade, the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) has developed, tested, and disseminated iCBT programs for anxiety and depression, into routine care settings through its digital mental health service, THIS WAY UP.
This 2 hour webinar will explore the advantages of integrating iCBT for anxiety and/or depression into practice. The webinar offers clinical insights and practical guidelines exploring how internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (iCBT) can be safely and effectively integrated into routine primary care in a 'blended' care model.
