Presented by Medics for Life, participants will learn how to:

•  Identify the medico-legal issues facing general practice in relation to the allocation of patient appointments
• Outline the importance and requirements for documentation in triage (patient prioritisation) in general practice
• Outline the triage skills needed to facilitate patient prioritisation including those relating to telephone calls, procedures in the waiting room and interaction with the general practice team
