- Identify the medico-legal issues facing general practice in relation to the allocation of patient appointments
- Outline the importance and requirements for documentation in triage (patient prioritisation) in general practice
- Outline the triage skills needed to facilitate patient prioritisation including those relating to telephone calls, procedures in the waiting room and interaction with the general practice team
