To educate and increase awareness and knowledge of Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT)/NewAccess program and evidence based stepped care.
Learning outcomes:
• Recognise how to use CBT-informed assessment and screening questions as early brief intervention.
• Develop an understanding of LiCBT/NewAccess and where it sits within the stepped care model.
• Equip GPs, Practice Nurses and Mental Health Professionals with knowledge to make more informed and speedy referrals to MH services.
