For over a decade, the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) has developed, tested, and disseminated iCBT programs for anxiety and depression, into routine care settings through its digital mental health service, THIS WAY UP.
This 2 hour webinar will explore the advantages of integrating iCBT for anxiety and/or depression into your clinical practice. The webinar offers clinical insights and practical guidelines exploring how internet-delivered digital mental health treatments can be safely and effectively integrated into clinical practice in a 'blended' care model.
This webinar has been designed to support allied health professionals working in the mental health field to make the most of integrating iCBT into practice.
