• Provide an overview of wound healing, factors that impair healing

• Simplify wound dressing and product selection based on patient and wound characteristics

• Provide an understanding of prevention and treatment of skin tears 

• Discuss the importance of measurement/photos

• Identify current services available to support patients with complex wounds – who and where to escalate
