CESPHN has developed two mental health service directories specifically for the CESPHN region.
The CESPHN Region includes the following local government areas (LGA): Bayside, Burwood, Canada Bay, Canterbury-Bankstown, Georges River, Inner West, Randwick, Strathfield, Sutherland Shire, Sydney, Waverley, and Woollahra.
CESPHN Mental Health Service Directory
This directory is for GP’, Allied Health, and Community Service providers to find mental health services, listed by the level of support offered (IAR Levels 1 to 5).
This directory is for consumers and carers and provides information on free and low-cost mental health services in the CESPHN region.
Other Useful Mental Health Service Directories
This directory provides a useful overview of various Australian online and tele-web programs.
Provided by the Australian Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.
