1. What did you eat yesterday?
I ate oats and coffee for brekky. Skipped lunch with a pear, apple and banana and then for dinner, the dance team and I had baked veggies and chargrill chicken.
2. What exercise did you do yesterday?
I train consistently and have done so ever since I was a young person. Yesterday I did a CrossFit workout in Bondi at 5.30am. Then in the afternoon, I did a dance workshop practicing animal movements.
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
I had a kidney transplant when I was 18 years old so I see my nephrologist every three months.
4. What do you do to improve your mental health?
I connect with culture.
5. What are your health goals for the next month?
Complete a marathon or half marathon. Then compete at a hyrox event.
