DOI (2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine) detected in blotter expected to contain LSD
The Victorian Pill Testing Service has issued a drug notification concerning a detection of DOI (2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine) in a smiley face blotter expected to contain LSD. No LSD was detected. DOI is a potent, long lasting psychedelic drug.
Multiple community notices from CanTEST, ACT: Heroin found in expected cocaine samples at CanTEST
CanTEST has recently published two separate red community notices in July 2026 concerning heroin in samples expected to contain cocaine. The first community notice on 10 July concerned a white powder, while the second on 23 July concerned a white rock sample. Both were found to contain heroin and no cocaine.
NSW has previously issued drug warnings and clinical safety notices about similar findings.
