Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to Chair the CESPHN Disability Network.
The Network was established in late 2016, with the aim to facilitate a greater understanding of the health role within the disability sector.
It provides a forum to discuss emerging reforms, share understandings and learnings, and explore opportunities to improve integration between health and disability sectors.
The successful applicant should have lived experience of disability and/or experience as a carer or support person for someone with disability, as well as an understanding of current disability reforms and the health care sector. An affiliation with the CESPHN Disability Network is also desirable.
