Expression of Interest (EOI) – Funded Business and Workforce Planning Support for Small General Practices
Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) is offering funded, one‑to‑one business and workforce planning support for small general practices across the region.
This initiative is being coordinated and delivered by Beacon Strategies, an independent consulting firm with extensive experience working with Primary Health Networks, general practitioners, and primary care teams on workforce, sustainability, and long‑term planning challenges. Beacon Strategies will act as a neutral delivery partner, working directly with practices to understand their needs and coordinate access to appropriate support.
About the Support
The funded support is designed to provide practical, tailored assistance for practices seeking help with:
Business sustainability and financial planning
Workforce future planning
Workforce and leadership planning
Strengthening the long‑term viability of the practice
Support will be delivered one‑to‑one and tailored to the specific needs identified by each practice.
Eligibility
This opportunity is available to general practices that:
Practices are invited to submit an Expression of Interest by completing a short online form outlining the type of support they are seeking. Initial intake closing date for EOIs: COB 8 May 2026.
All information shared by practices through the Expression of Interest process and during any funded support will remain confidential between the practice and the service provider. CESPHN will not receive identifiable, practice‑level financial or business information. Any reporting will be de‑identified and aggregated for program evaluation purposes only.
