Due to increasing demand, CESPHN has added 3 final dates for training in the Initial Assessment and Referral (IAR) Decision Support Tool (DST) for mental healthcare.
This training invites GfgPs and Allied Health Professionals from across Australia to learn about the IAR-DST, developed by the Department of Health to support appropriate mental health referrals and improve patient outcomes.
The tool is currently used in Medicare Mental Health Centres, the National Medicare Mental Health Phone Service and some PHN Commissioned Services.
The training is RACGP and ACRRM accredited for 1 hour Education Activities and 1 hour Reviewing Performance and a certificate of attendance will be sent to all participants who can claim CPD hours from their relevant CPD provider.
CESPHN has trained over 1100 health professionals in how to use the IAR-DST. Participant numbers are capped, so register below to reserve your spot!
