Job Title: Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist
Skills Experience: 1. Full current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia; 2. Demonstrated experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to sexuality and gender diversity, alongside other mental health disorders; 3. Extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation of a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT at a minimum; 4. Demonstrated direct clinical experience working with LGBTQ+ populations across the lifespan, through a lens of trauma-informed and gender-affirming care; 5. Sophisticated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships; 6. An understanding of and commitment to Kaleido’s communities, including a demonstrated insight into the social and population-level factors that may impact the mental and physical health and well-being of LGBTQ+ people.
