FIVE QUESTIONS is where we ask members of the community to talk about how they stay HEALTHY.During 2023, mental health coaching programme, YourCoachPlus was launched by Primary and Community Care Services (PCCS) with CESPHN. In the lead-up to Christmas, mental health issues emerge more frequently so we caught up with Chief Operating Officer from Primary and Community Care Services, CYNTHIA STANTON who shared this:
Sushi and yummy function food (we had an education event for our psychologists).
2. What exercise did you do yesterday?
Feeding five horses in the morning then walking to multiple train stations during the day.
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
Physio – 10 months ago.
4. What do you do to improve your mental health?
PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) reps which are regular short mindfulness exercises during the day (2min at a time), spending time with my family and our horses on the weekends and surrounding myself with lots of positive, inspirational people!
5. What are your health goals for the next month?
Move more and eat less! Particularly adding more veggies to each meal 😊
