Unlock insights beyond your practice with Lumos

Want a better understanding of how your patients interact with the health system outside your practice?

Lumos is a NSW Health initiative that securely links de-identified general practice data with hospital, emergency department, ambulance and other health service data to provide a more complete picture of patient journeys across the healthcare system.

By participating in Lumos, your practice will receive free, practice-specific reports every six months, providing valuable insights into:

• How and why your patients access hospital and emergency department services.
• Opportunities for quality improvement and preventive care.
• The prevalence of chronic conditions within your patient population.
• How your practice compares with other practices in your PHN region and across NSW.
