1. What did you eat yesterday?
Almonds, mixed fruit with salt and pepper, kangaroo steak with veggies.
2. What exercise did you do yesterday?
I walked through the Royal Botanic Gardens for 3 hours.
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
Recently while having a tetanus shot a few weeks ago. Bloods were taken to test my thyroid.
4. What do you do to improve your mental health?
I speak with my psychologist, practice my culture by sitting in nature and I love to ground myself by walking barefoot on country. My business is Wiradjuri Wave where I am a full time artist and facilitator which I enjoy. Lately I haven’t felt motivated to exercise much however I love to swim in the ocean when the weather is warmer.
