1. What did you eat yesterday?
Muesli, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, salad for lunch with hummus and falafel, pan friend beef patties for dinner with cauliflower salad and mixed salad. Fruit for snacks. Lemonade icy pole for treat.
2. What exercise did you do yesterday?
A one hour strength and stability class plus walking around the neighbourhood
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
About three months ago to update my scripts
4. What do you do to improve your mental health?
Walk while listening to music (not podcasts)…and weight lifting.
5. What are your health goals for the next month?
No new goals; aim to stick with my routine as the weather gets cooler.
