FIVE QUESTIONS is where we ask members of the community to talk about how they stay HEALTHY. At the recent Urgent Care Clinic launch on Anzac Pde in Maroubra, we caught up with Kingsford Smith MP the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite who shared this:
1. What exercise did you do yesterday?
Swam 2km
2. What did you eat yesterday?
Eggs on toast for breakfast, Chickpea salad for lunch, grilled salmon and vegetables for dinner.
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
July 2023
4. What do you do to maintain your mental health?
Physical exercise every morning (except Sunday). Being up and about when the sun rises is energising and sets up a great day. I look forward to my early surf on Saturday with some mates. No phones, connecting with the ocean as the sun rises is magic.
