An initiative from UNSW in collaboration with the South Eastern Sydney Public Health Unit has developed an online tool for people in NSW to check whether they’re eligible for a free influenza vaccine.
While designed with the community in mind, the checker is also a valuable support for clinical staff. It can assist GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in quickly confirming patient eligibility during consultations.
Community members and clinicians alike are encouraged to explore, use, and share this resource to help improve awareness and uptake of influenza vaccination across NSW.
The resource webpage also offers a range of ready‑to‑use promotional materials, including social media content and printable posters.
