1. What did you eat yesterday?
Breakfast was Rice Bubbles and bananas, lunch was spaghetti that my sister made, and for dinner, I went out and had a burger and half serve of chips.
2. What exercise did you do yesterday?
I walked 7,000 steps around Chifley park.
3. When did you last see a primary health professional?
I saw a GP a month ago to manage my arthritis and I recently had a pertussis injection at the pharmacy because I have grandchildren I want to protect. It is handy being able to have this injection at the pharmacy rather than having to book in at the GP.
4. What do you do to improve your mental health?
I worked at Woollies in Coogee for 33 years but retired a few years ago. It has freed up more time for me to socialise, walk and spend time with family.
