CESPHN – Primary Care Innovation Grants – Allied Health

Allied Health practices located within the Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) region are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the Primary Care Innovation Grants 2026 – Allied Health. CESPHN particularly seek applications from the following professions: Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiotherapists, Psychology, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Podiatry.

CESPHN recognises the importance of innovation in enhancing health outcomes and building capabilities and capacity within primary care. 

The grant aims to support Allied Health Practices to develop innovative approaches and solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of locally based primary health care services.

Successful participating practices will receive up to the value of $10,000 in financial support to implement and initiate program/s.

The EOI will close COB 29 April 2026.
