CESPHN – Primary Care Innovation Grants 2026 – General Practice

General practices in the Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) region are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the Primary Care Innovation Grants 2026 – General Practice.

CESPHN recognises the importance of innovation in enhancing health outcomes and building capabilities and capacity within general practice. 

Successful participating practices will receive $15,000 in financial support to implement and initiate program/s.

The EOI will close COB 29April 2026.
