This Expression of Interest (EOI) is for the provision of the Community Vaccination Education and Engagement Grants across the Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) region.
The Community Vaccination Education and Engagement grants aim to expand awareness and understanding of the importance of vaccination in vulnerable communities. The aim is to build the capacity of community organisations to equip their communities with the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision about vaccination.

How are applicants expected to demonstrate or evidence increased vaccination coverage if their organisation does not have access to patient medical records?
There is no expectation to provide clinical services (e.g. vaccination) or have access to medical records.
The application needs to demonstrate the identification of existing barriers and develop a methodology to reduce these barriers which can promote vaccine uptake among the target population.
Increased vaccine coverage is an expected downstream effect of your project. You need to demonstrate how your project can address existing barriers to assist increasing vaccine coverage in the CESPHN region.
