Headstart is a mental health navigation tool connecting people with local service providers and information specific to their needs.
It lists local mental health and alcohol and other drug services that are free or low-cost and delivered face-to-face. To find out more, visit:

Headstart is available to everyone living, working, or studying in central and eastern Sydney. It’s for all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds.
