Medicare Mental Health Centres are here to help you. Whether you have experienced mental health challenges in the past or this is your first time reach out for support, everyone is welcome.
Qualified mental health professionals and people with lived experience of mental ill health work together to offer the support you need, now and into the future. If you are worried about a loved one or someone in your care needs mental health support, Medicare Mental Health Centres can help.
Canterbury Head to Health Centre is now called Canterbury Medicare Mental Health Centre.
Canterbury Medicare Mental Health Centre will still provide a welcoming place where everyone can access free and confidential mental health information, services and supports.
Our centre is open for extended hours, and you don’t need a referral, appointment or a Medicare card. You will notice signage at our centre and the look of communication materials will change to show the new Medicare Mental Health Centre name.
Eligibility
Canterbury Medicare Mental Health Centre is available to everyone living, working, or studying in central and eastern Sydney. It’s for all genders and cultural backgrounds.
You can all 1800 595 212, 8:30am to 5pm weekdays or drop by the Canterbury Medicare Mental Health Centre open Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (except public holidays).
