Your Coach Plus
If you are feeling unhappy, angry, stressed, or unable to concentrate due to life’s pressures you may benefit from working with a mental health coach.
Your Coach Plus is a free confidential coaching service to assist you with life challenges such as:
- Change in living arrangements.
- Change in relationships.
- New parent worries.
- Family problems.
- Health concerns or uncertainty.
- Long-term isolation or loneliness.
- Financial worries or instability.
- Work or study stress or uncertainty.
Your Coach Plus coaches will work with you over seven sessions to develop goals and formulate an action plan to get your life back on track.
Eligibility
To be eligible to access this service you must be aged 16 years old and live, work or study in the CESPHN region
To refer to the service, call (02) 9477 8700, complete the PCCS Online Contact Form at the bottom of the PCCS Website at https://www.pccs.org.au/your-coach-plus/ or email enquiries@pccs.org.au to arrange an appointment.
All sessions will be delivered via telehealth.
You do not need a referral, or to see your GP first. You do not need a Mental health Care Plan. You can simply call and make an appointment if you are looking for help.
